  • Centralize fragmented data
  • Provide an intuitive tool for exploring, filtering, and exporting
  • Empower stakeholders with relevant, local housing insights

The platform is designed to make housing-related data more accessible, understandable, and usable, with a full launch anticipated in early 2026.

New features

The team is constantly improving the Curbcut experience

The organization upgraded underlying technology across all Curbcut platforms, resulting in:

  • Faster load times
  • Enhanced, more interactive graphics
  • Smoother cross-device user experience
  • Stronger foundation for upcoming features including AI-assisted chat, map downloads, and improved search capabilities

These upgrades are currently in beta on CHO, with user feedback being collected to refine the experience.
